Schedule of Condition

A Schedule of Condition records the condition of a property at a particular point in time. It is usually supported by photographs, sketches, and drawings. It is prepared prior to the commencement of adjacent construction work or to limit the liabilities of an incoming tenant (commercial or residential) at the start of a lease.
